We despatch orders Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
For delivery within the UK, all shipping costs are calculated automatically by our online system based on weight and delivery address.
Shipping cost is added to your order after you enter your delivery address. Depending on the weight and delivery address, you may have a choice of delivery service.
Over 20 kg, shipping will be added automatically at 10% of the order value.
As of 1st Juy 2026 a flat customs charge of 3 Euros applies to ALL comercial goods entering the EU.
Our website does not currently automatically calculate these charges. To receive your goods you will be asked to pay this charge, along with any additional tarrifs required by the receiving counrtries customs office.
BEFORE we dispatch your order you will receive an email from us outlining all extra charges calculated by the shipping company when we are booking in your package.
You can then choose to continue or cancel your order.

As of 29th August 2025, tarrifs and duties will be charged on all parcels entering the United States. These charges are required up-front before your order can be dispatched.
The website does not calculate these charges. You will receive via email a payment request to cover any extra charge, once payment has been received your order will be dispatched.
If we do not receive payment within one week, or you decide to cancel your order, a refund will be issued minus a cancelation fee.

We will then manually calculate the best options for posting and email you a payment request for all goods ordered. postage and tarrifs.
This is a temporary system to ensure we can provide our loyal USA customers with the best service and cost transparency as possible without incurring any hidden / suprise charges.
We hope to get the USA back on the automatic system soon with accurate postage calcluations.

All Shipping and Packing rates include UK VAT, which we are obliged by law to collect.
In most cases, courier services will not accept deliveries to Post Office Box numbers. Please provide a street address complete with post code. This does not generally apply to normal postal deliveries.
If your billing address and delivery address are different and if for any reason we suspect that your card is being used in a fraudulent transaction, we will contact you at the email or telephone number you have given us. If we are not satisfied that the transaction is legitimate, will not ship the goods you have ordered. We will refund the payment to the payment card you used and notify the authorities.
We will only insure goods at the customer's request. If the value of your order is greater than GBP100, we strongly recommend that you insure it. If requested, we will insure your goods and add that cost to your payment.
We post items all over the world. We want your valuable items to arrive undamaged. We also appreciate the impact of packing materials and waste on the environment. So we have to strike a balance.
Sometimes - to best protect your goods in transit - we do use plastic bags. When we do, we try to reuse and recycle or use biodegradable products.
