Vintage Kuba cloth

An exceptional and finely detailed Kuba raffia cloth from The Congo.  The fine detailing on this cloth suggests it is possibly over 30 years old, maybe older.

This cloth combines various traditional Kuba features, such as: flat weaving, cut pile texture and hand embroidered embellishments.
